We are vigilantly monitoring the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure your safety during our ongoing and future operations.
We care deeply about your safety and that of our staff, so we would like to share some procedures and actions we’re taking to help keep everyone safe. We deep clean our aircraft daily, prior to the first flight each day. Between flights we sanitize headsets, seatbelt buckles, door handles and other areas our passengers may touch during their flight.
Whether you’re at home or traveling, the WHO recommends practicing good hygiene to protect yourself against infection — by washing your hands frequently with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer, maintaining distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing, and avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth. If you become sick, please seek medical attention quickly.
If you display symptoms of COVID-19 you should not travel and we will be flexible in rescheduling your flight with us, or issue a refund. In the meantime please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns; we are available 7 days week to assist you.
