Is this a private tour or will we be grouped with others?
This is a fully private experience. You’ll have your own group, your own guides, and a personalized itinerary on on or near a glacier—no mixing with other parties. It’s a more exclusive, flexible, and comfortable way to explore.
What makes this experience different from other glacier tours?
Our private format allows us to tailor the entire experience to your group. Whether you want more time paddleboarding, exploring ice formations, or taking photos, your guide adjusts the day to match your pace and comfort level.
How physically demanding is the tour?
This is an active adventure, but it’s designed to be approachable. Your guide will adjust the level of activity to your ability, making it as adventurous or relaxed as you’d like.
What does a typical tour look like?
After check-in, gear fitting, and a safety briefing, you’ll take a scenic helicopter flight to or near a glacier. From there, you’ll spend approximately three hours exploring the glacier—trekking across the ice and paddleboarding in blue melt pools or a glacial lagoon—before returning by helicopter.
What’s included in the experience?
Everything you need for a safe and comfortable adventure is provided, including a dry suit, paddleboard, safety gear, and expert guides. Just show up prepared for the conditions and ready to explore.
Is it safe to paddleboard on a glacier?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. You’ll be equipped with professional-grade gear and guided every step of the way by experienced professionals who know the glacier and conditions intimately.
What should I wear or bring?
Dress in layers with a waterproof outer layer and bring sturdy footwear. We’ll provide all technical gear, but being prepared for changing weather will make your experience much more enjoyable.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
All flights are weather dependent. If conditions aren’t safe to fly, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
