Cancellations: up to 72 hours prior, booking is fully refundable / 72 hours or less

Full Names and Weights of ALL passengers is required to secure the booking.
Seating Capacity: All packages valid for groups 2-9 pax. Officiant / photographer / videographer, etc. count as passengers. Average passenger weight not to exceed 200 lb. per person including clothing and gear. No individual can weigh in excess of 300 lb. Contact us for custom quotes, if any of these weights are exceeded, or if group size exceeds 9 people. Maximum weight per aircraft: R44 (max. 3 passengers; very limited gear storage) = 600 lb. / A-Star (min. 4 , max 6 passengers, optional gear basket available for added $150) = 1100 lb.
